The Associate Dean for Research and Global Engagement provides visionary leadership to advance the research and global mission of Jefferson College of Nursing (JCN). This role fosters an innovative and collaborative research environment, drives the expansion of externally funded research, and strengthens JCN’s global academic and industry partnerships. The Associate Dean cultivates a culture of scientific inquiry and mentorship, supporting faculty in developing transformative research that addresses critical health challenges. Additionally, this position oversees the strategic development of international collaborations, ensuring JCN’s faculty and students are engaged in globally impactful scholarship and academic exchange. The Associate Dean serves as JCN’s primary research and global engagement advocate within Thomas Jefferson University and the broader academic and professional community.
