The Barbara H. Hagan School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Molloy College seeks full- time nursing faculty members with a strong clinical background in nursing care of adults, and enthusiasm for teaching excellence and competency-based education, to join our supportive and energetic community of teacher-scholars. Our nursing programs take a holistic and personal approach to the development of students as competent and compassionate clinicians, leaders, and advocates for health equity and improvement of healthcare, and as lifelong learners. The position will offer the candidate the opportunity to teach and mentor students, primarily in the undergraduate/prelicensure nursing programs. In addition, the candidate will have opportunities to participate in interprofessional education, provide effective and caring student advisement, participate in research and related scholarly activities and provide service to the program, school, university, discipline of nursing, and community, in line with the mission of the university.

Salary Information:
When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. This hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
