Faculty Position with Program Leadership Opportunity - Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (PACNP) Program (Non-Tenure Track, 0.80 - 1.0 FTE)

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Pediatric Acute-Care Nurse Practitioner NYS and National Certification (PACNP)

• Valid NY State Professional Nurse License

• Recent Nurse Practitioner Experience in Pediatric Acute Care

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctoral Degree (Earned or In Progress)

• Experience Precepting Nurse Practitioner Students

• Upper Division Teaching Experience

• Leadership/Supervisory Experience

The Stony Brook University School of Nursing invites applications for a 0.8–1.0 FTE academic year faculty appointment within our Graduate Program, with an additional opportunity to serve as Program Director of the Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (PACNP) program. This is an exceptional chance for an experienced Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to play a key role in educating the next generation of pediatric acute care providers while contributing to the continued development and growth of an established graduate program within a nationally recognized academic health center.
